Best server hosting company for players all around the world?

Hello, I am planning to host an FTB server which will have several players (no more than 5) around the world, mainly Hong Kong and Sweden or even the States. Does anyone have similar experience? A server in the states seems to fit quite well (as I told they are fast for both Europe and Asia).
I am happy for some suggestions :)

Basic Geography, hope I spelled that right. Find where your players are located. Then get a server that's as close to the middle of those places as possible. Make sure it has good bandwidth, as much upload speed as possible, but don't cheap out on download. 1 or 2 gigs of RAM should be fine for 5 people, depending on how many MystCraft ages you plan on having. Also check to make sure you get a CPU that has high single threaded performance. In other words, a 8 core AMD processor is not faster at hosting than a 4 core AMD processor. Not to advertise, but I have found BeastNode pretty good, but to each their own.

This seems to be untrue
I am not very sure though, like Battlefield, Server is the US usually work best for Swedish and Hong Kong players....

I am fairly certain a West Coast US server is actually not that far from Hong Kong. I am also fairly certain there is a large underwater fibre cable that runs from that area over into West USA. I used to be a Discovery channel addict, you learn random stuff like that.

France has one of the main lines to the states so for EU and States hosting zones france is a nice option.

I personally use ovh as my provider

It helps if you provide an expected/hopeful price range for what you'll be wanting to pay monthly. Also if you'll be wanting the host staff to know a lot about mods and be able to help you troubleshoot your server or if you can handle that on your own (i.e. are you looking for managed server support or un-managed.)

They have a network of servers all around the world. It seems a bit off if you want to compare, Battlefield servers are enterprise level after all.

How about Fragnet? I'm my self is running off a 3GB Minecraft game server plan. You should probably be fine on a 2GB plan or even a single GB may even work. Also you can upgrade/downgrade as you please.
