Best modpack to run a server on ?

Hello,

I am currently running a FTB Unleashed server and want to add a second server to my community I am creating, what is a good modpack (any modpack, dosent need to FTB) that has players joining new servers and a modpack that is doing well and not about to die of any time soon.
