Best and Fastest way to process ores

I'm looking for suggestions on which mods to use to process ores as fast and efficient as possible
don't really care for power as that is no issue running a direwolf20 custom pack 1.12.2

Hm. A good shout would be Thermal Expansion - with resonant tier machines and all speed upgrades, its induction furnace or pulveriser and redstone furnace combo are pretty darned fast.

Another really efficient way is with Mekanism. Throughout the whole process, you can up to quintuple your ores, and generally the limiting factor is your pipes.

I wasn’t sure if Mek was in there but I know TE is - but you’re right, Mekanism is great
