Bee production chance greater than 100%???

This page says "no item can have a production chance greater than 100%"

But I am now actually seeing my Industrious queen produces 1 or 2 pollens per bee tick!
(Calculated production chance is 144%, and my bee seems to follow the exact value rather than 100%)

My industrious bee has fast productivity, and my alveary has 3 frame housings filled with resilient frames
(and I'm playing direwolf20 1.5 pack)

So, is this wiki page telling a lie? or is it a bug? or am I doing any wrong?

Are there still penalties for cramming too many frames into alvearies? There was a time when that'd convert your princesses to swarmers...

Now it can convert them to ignobles I believe. Ditto if you use to many mutation modifiers. But if I remember right you need more than 4 frames to hit the limit.
