So, I have a magnetostatic engine cranking out 2048Nm of torque and 4.192MW of power, this being sent through a 4:1 gearbox in torque mode.
According to NEI, that should provide enough torque and about 8x more power than the thing actually needs to run, but it isn't breaking bedrock.
