Bug BC Quarry not chunckloading?

So I was away for about 2-3 hours and I thought ima let my pc run so my quarry can get the stuffs I need.
Upon coming back seeing what the loots were it had nothing so I thought that it didnt hit the mining levels yet since im digging from 140-ish up down to bedrock(extreme hills biome).
But I just enabled cheat mode went and check and suddenly I notice the quarry wasnt running.
I'm sure its not a power issue since I have a ender thermic pump which does chunck load and the lava lake is far far far from getting dried out.
This is with the Direwolf20 Pack on version 1.0.3!

I've put up a bug report in the appropiate section to but I wanted to make sure everyone would be aware of this issue.

I know of this. I'll try to fix it in 6.3.1, but no promises. For now, use an external chunkloader.

Ahh okay good that its already being taken care off.
I already set up a Chunck loader there I was really afraid chunckloading overall wouldnt work any more but it seems its only the Quarry .. which isnt good to since now people have to work hard on it which sucks for them ;-;.
