Is there a way to connect the redstone pipes from thermal expansion to regular transport pipes?

Just need a temporary solution until my quarry digs up some more redstone...

I believe you can bridge with a energy storage cell. Which unfortunately requires more redstone

As far as I know the redstone conduits(guessing that is what you mean) are not meant to interface with any pipe.
You can use redstone energy cells with normal conductive pipes however, the energy cell acts like an engine so a wooden conducive pipe needs to be used to drain it.

Too bad, I need a lot more redstone, time to go old-fashioned mining, I guess
