Details of the issue:

Whenever I run the server on a Bat file, no one can see the server, but when i run with the java start people can join and see the server. My ports are open, and it's not a problem with the Bat file. I have re-downloaded the server multiple times, any ideas?​

the default one you get when you download the game, and there are no logs, since it doens't crash, no one can simply see the server.

There is at least three location to download server files. Saying things like default location, default evrything is just waste of time. Also logs are created in logs folder even if game is not crashing.
