.bat Can't Access jarfile Windows 10

Well, I started up the .bat, (I Figured it out how to make a .bat), But Now It Can't Open The .jar File, I Haven't Renamed Anything.​

Does FTBServer-1.7.10-1448.jar exist in the same place as the batch file (server folder)? If you have a similar file you may need to just edit the batch file and change it match the file you have. The file name changes based on version of forge. It may be similar to forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1566-1.7.10-universal.jar if it is forge install instead of an FTB pack.
