Try contacting your host provider, they should be able to directly solve the issue via a support ticket. Looks to me that it is error on their end.

Can you tell me what type of error? as they do not do any server setup support, only hardware issues.

You didn't add any mods or plugins did you? I think it may be the server selecting the wrong jar. Try switching packs (start it up) and the switch back to this one.

Remove resource loader from the server.

I recommend using provided server files, not creating your own instance from client mods.
