Problem Banning items with Groupmanger

Hey guys,
I'm running a DW20 .23 server and sleeping bags crash my server so I'm trying to ban the item.
I've put this in to groupmanager but they are still able to pick it up and interact with it. Any ideas?
- -bukkit.command.kill
- -essentials.build.place.15243
- -essentials.build.pickup.15243
- -essentials.build.interact.15243
- -essentials.build.drop.15243
- -essentials.build.craft.15243
