Hello,
Please help me with my own modpack: All works correctly, no ID conflicts, but don't how much ores i should let generate (COFH Generation) so that it's balenced and how I setup ores from other mods (like Thaumcraft).

Depends on what YOU consider to be balanced.
do you want easy mode with lots of ores everywhere?
do you want hard mode with less spawn than vanilla?
... or what?

download an FTB pack then look at there configs, they should be balanced.
I'm making this currently and wondering why there is almost ervery ore twice in.

Does anybody know?
changes the cluster size depending on what level, to balance it. cluster is the size of the vein, its put there twice to lower the cluster depending on the level

im not sure what the listings with the really high level is. maybe thats for when mods like Highlands is in a pack.... or Vanilla amplified world.
