Bad packet ID's

Server is having a nasty having of kicking everybody out, yet when I check console, it's still running.

Nobody can connect to it (shows as offline) until I restart the damned thing.

Today, this "bad packet id 78" thing started popping up after the crash.

Ideas? Would updating forge help in any of this? HALP!

If it is packets then it may be internet rather than the server.
