autonomous activator problem

I am trying to auto fill my apothecary. I did it in my creative world but now when i go to my actually world it wont work. It dumps the bucket out to the side instead of in theapothecary

The autonomous activator may be set to 'sneak' clicking. Could you provide an image of the activator's gui please?
