Automation of Nuclear Reactor

So i have a plan for a nuclear reactor, but i don't know how to automate it. i will need to replace the LZH-Condensators 162 times within the 5 hour 33 minute cycle so every 123 seconds. check my math. so is there some way i can take only the Condensators in and out? and also maybe refuel it for another cycle as well?

Check Direwolf20's most recent singleplayer series on youtube. He uses Thaumcraft golems to good effect for replacing condensators.
