Automated Fortune 3?

More specifically, I'm trying to get more quartz out of my quartz ore from digital miners. The best maceration methods only get you about 2 Certus Quartz per ore, however fortune 3 can net you 4 or so, plus dust.

Currently, I'm semi manually doing it by just having an autonomous activator placing the blocks while I hold down attack with a TC pick. Was wondering if there was a better more automated method.
 
MFR has a Block Smasher than can do Fortune 3 when fed power and mob essence. Simple to automate.

QuarryPlus Quarry can be enchanted with Fortune and/or silktouch. Could place the blocks with a filler and then quarry them, kind of a pain.

Or try the Tool Dynamism from Thaumic Tinkerer if you got it. It will automate using your pick to break the block. But you would still have durability loss I think.
