Auto-Spawner not receiving xp

I set up an auto-spawner and connected it to a tank whit xp, but the xp does not go in. I try using all Ender IO conduits but the xp stais in the tube, and not even the minecraft reloaded pipes seem to work. Hopefully someone knows whats wrong whit it because i tried almost everything

It´s a mnecraft server 1.7.10 by the way.

I think that is Liquid XP and the spawner from MFR takes Mob Essence.
You can convert them but I don't think it works straight.

I think you are right, i forgot that step because i didn´t have a xp berry and sewer sistem, that turns it into mob essence. Thanks!
