Auto-Restart Script

Hey All,
I run a private FTB server with 3 friends. (we play a lot) The server starts lagging super badly roughly after 6 hours, and a restart fixes the lag for another 6 hours. I run it on a windows based machine and would like it to restart every hour.
(If there is a mod that does this could you please link it.)

Are you able to load plugins with mcpc or are you just running the default ftbserver.jar?

Plugin = http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/autorestart/
No plugins = use the script at the bottom of his description and create a batch file with it. Then set it up Windows Task Scheduler.

Are you running the server on the same machine you're playing on?

No, I have a server computer running at my house, I play on my personal computer. The server pc is almost dedicated to running the FTB server. Occasionally friends watch youtube on it or whatever. (It's a normal PC with just a nice CPU, so that's why it's on windows instead of Linux)

So I made a batch file with the script on the plugin page. Then I changed the "craftbukkit.jar" to "ftbserver.jar" It doesn't close the server, it just opens a new instance of it and (obviously) tells me the port is being used... How would I close the server automatically while also saving the world? If mcpc is the only way how does that work? (I have access to all the files in the server)

On schedule would be what is needed now.
