Auto enchanting setup in 1.10?

Soooooooo.... Im trying to make an auto enchantment setup for my EMC farm, the modpack im using is "All the mods" 138 mods total i think so there a respectable amount. But I cannot for the life me find anymods with an auto enchanter or something similar. No openblocks. No Minefactory. Atleast no 1.10 files for those mods I can find. So im just wondering if anyone out there knows of any mods in 1.10 that can do what im after :) thanks again guys :)

RFTools: Control has an auto-enchanting setup: I don't know how it works, but I know it should exist
