So I have my Austere Bees (Pure-bred, Fast workers) in an Alveary and they are not producing any powdery comb. They are producing the parched comb, but no powdery. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

(I need the powdery combs for gunpowder to turn into iTNT!)

If I remember correctly, powdery combs are the specialty comb for Austere. This means they need to be in their proper environment. Since you're using an alveary, I'm assuming they are not in a desert.

It may also be that in your breeding, their production didn't actually mutate across

Check their possible production in a beealyzer, sometimes it's possible for them to not get their combs and keep the combs of their parents.

Just got a reply from the bee guru herself, gonna suppress fanboy inside me.
Thanks! I moved the alveary to a desert biome and they are producing combs like mad!
