I just merged several vary large auranodes and now i have a high flux level I want to know is there any way to make flux go away (Other then just waiting or using a pure queen im using at current time)

There are many threads on this exact function, please try to use the search function first

But you've stated the fastest way in your post, Using pure bees.
In your post, it implies that you're only using one hive... My only recommendation is use multiple with fastest pollination traits

Add more if you want it to go faster, but in any-case I'd recommend casing that up to prevent any wisp spawned going walkabout.
And try not to use it until the flux is dissipated, because you can end up producing some more flux (but I'm sure you know this)
