It was alright! Aside from the aforementioned fun though, my son’s swimming wasn’t on (only discovered when I got there) and the food shop didn’t open for another hour, but it all worked out in the end. Bad day for my diet, too

Because its scary what people will believe and accept because someone tells them "this is good for you". Especially when these same people ignore the the huge amounts of evidence relating to things which actually DO help.
