(you are correct ;P in fact, its anything with a lot of meat on, that isn't spicy, and has tomato sauce on the base. I prefer a stonebaked base over deep pan or super thin)

(that is true, you have to be very careful what materials end up in contact with oxygen as it increases their flammability by some considerable margin)
