Windows .exe Ars Magica stops FTB from starting.

I recently tried installing Ars Magica to my Ultimate pack and it goes straight to a black screen. When I uninstall it FTB starts up fine? Here is the paste bin log -> http://pastebin.com/ZwWu4fw3

Have you installed Ars Magica correctly? There is an MCore mod that is supposed to go in the coremods folder while the ars magica goes in th emods folder. Also, I recommend removing NEI and replacing that with Craftguide. I've noticed that NEI causes issues when you add mods. However, all you have to do is remove the "notenoughitems" along with the NEI plugins in the mods folder.

I disable NEI and all the plguins and added MCore and it passes the black screen but still crashes now...

You have ID conflicts. You need to reassign the item id's
