Ars Magic help

I'm trying to install the Ars Magic mod on the Direwolf20 pack, however the mod itself says it's incompatible with Factorization but I gave it a go anyway. Of course it crashed, now I'm wondering if there is any way I can put the mod in without taking any other mods out. I know I will probable have to tinker with config files and I'm alright with that.
Sorry if this is in the wrong section it was the most deeming that I could post in...Any help would be appreciated, I've added in a few other mods however there was nothing on them on the Ars Magic site so I figured they would be fine, I added Easy Crafting and Additional Buildcraft objects.

When I looked at the Ars Magica thread about this, it seemed like the incompatibility issue is a type that a simple config change can't fix. My recommendation is to just keep an eye on the Ars Magica thread on the Minecraft forums and wait for the maker to state he's got it fixed.

He's posted that he's released a version that fixes incompatabilities with factorization. The rest of the conflicts (RP of interest for FTB) says should be fixed with config changes.

Would be really nice if this made it into the Magic pack at least, it not the ultimate as well. I'm hesitant to install it myself until I know FTB won't be installing it because if I install with one set of config IDs, and then FTB would install with a different set and things would be messed.

Ah thanks for that, I think I shall give it a go later on today if I get it to work I'll post it here so others can quickly resolve my problem

I know for a fact that there is currently no know way of fixing any crashes with the old version, however there is now a new update that should fix any incompatablilities with factorization. Try redownloading it, and make sure you put the files in the correct places or you will crash.
