ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in Thermal Expansion

Hi, first time poster here,
I'm running a server that runs the Direwolf20 pack and I had a TE itemduct going from a barrel into a forestry multiblock tree farm. I broke the barrel and started to mindlessly mine the itemduct with a Tinker's pickaxe; however, I realized that I needed to use the cresent hammer and tried to pick it up. Then, my server spat out a Index out of bounds exception and now won't let either my friend nor I to connect and it throws the exception on start up every time. Any help would be appreciated. Follows is the crash-report.

The 1.0.8 update now on the launcher has the release version of Thermal Expansion included, which may address this issue for you. I'd recommend backing up and upgrading to it and seeing if it addresses the problem. Note: 1.0.8 has to be selected from the drop-down in the upper right corner of the launcher, as it is not set as the current Recommended release. Also read this before upgrading so you understand the extent of what's going on when you update.

(If it makes you feel better, I did the same thing myself about a week ago, too.)

I've done what you said, updated to 1.0.8 in the launcher, but unfortunately, I'm still crashing! New pastebin!

I might've spoken too soon, I'm still getting an error but I can connect! It's only a little corrupted, most of my tree farm is gone but it's fixable.

And here I was preparing scary instructions on how to remove conduits entirely as a last resort. Let us know about anything weird you run into, though (I'm about to upgrade to 1.0.8 myself on my server, fingers crossed!).
