I've seen both make backups and save them in their respective folders, but....

Which one does a better job when you need to restore your server?

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
 
they both back up so restoring would be the same....unsure what you asking

i find aroma's back up's lags more then forgeessentials other then that it's the same
 
if I had to choose, I wouldn't pick both, I'd rather go for WorldStateCheckpoints from bspkrs
