Argrarian skies quest config file?

So I'm playing argrarin skies, skyblock and I really enjoy it. After not playing minecraft for a while it changes a lot and makes it feel new. It's pretty fun creating everything on the sky block from nothing. Anyways on one of the quests there's bug preventing me from completing it. I've posted the problem in the bug list forum, but as I like to see the 100% complete on my quest book it bugs me. I know where the config files are and already had to disable wisps in it due to 100 of them attacking me constantly. I was wondering if there's a config file for the quest progression so I can set it to completed? I assume there is, however I am not sure which config file it would be under. Any help is appreciated.
