Area resetting mod

Is there mod that allows me to reset a certain area?

If not, is there any good editor to do so?

WorldBorder adds the trim command, not sure how selective you can be, but it might work.

Edit: This is a Bukkit plugin, so you will need MCPC+.

That doesn't reset chucks, and it only removes outside the boarder.

The only way i know how to reset chucks current is NBT editor and manually editing your region file. You delete the chunk and let it regen naturally.

Thanks, I will take a look at the editor later. Hope it can do what I want.
I said area instead of chunk in the first place because the area I want to reset has many other stuff I do not want to remove.
