Title are these CPUs good for a 50+ person server?

Details of the issue I have a Dell poweredge R710 and looking to upgrade the CPUs. It has 2 Xeon L5520 CPUs at 2.27GHz but we get bad tps lag with 5 people... Im looking at getting 2 Xeon X5675 CPUs for $100.. I dont know if the cpus are powerful enough though and if i should just save for a new PC all together. please help

save for the new pc, that's an old server and is just going to cause you issues. You can get a better server using new consumer hardware. A intel nuc with a normal ssd or a nvme m.2-ssd's would be a killer server for you and your 4-5 friends.
