Bug Are there any mods that are preventing generated structures from spawning in my personal modpack?

So, I got bored one day and decided to strip a FTB Lite 3 pack of it's non-core mods and stuck in my own(with their respective cores). After being unable to find any villages, I added in the ruins mod to up the likelihood of finding a structure(to no avail, even after upping the checking value in the configs). So now, I've turned to the forums. Are there any mods that might be preventing the spawning of generated structures from the below modlist?
