As the topic title asks, are Redpower Microblocks supposed to let all light pass through them? I've never used them before so I just wanna check whether its glitched or not. I've googled it and the only results are glitches saying the microblocks have similar glitches to Vanilla Minecraft, such as this thread: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/redpower-2-covers-lighting-issues.9996/#post-117166. Playing the latest Ultimate pack. The only mods I've added are Optifine and Rei's Minimap. Picture to illustrate:

Apologies for the horrible Quake Pro view, I just wanted to get as much in one picture as possible! There aren't any visible gaps in the roof or the walls that should be letting all that light through. Is this by design or is it glitched?

They are considered transparent blocks, not sure if they are *supposed* to be that way but I know that that's how they have always been.
