Arboretum for rubber trees wont plant?

I've made an arboretum for some rubber trees (not the rubber farm), and It simply refuses to plant rubber saplings. I've heard that Its supposed to work now and replace the old rubber farm, but it seems to just ignore them. Its working fine with any other sapling, does anyone know what I might have done wrong?

Check the item ID. I have issues in the past with some rubber tree saplings having a different ID than another. Just checking quickly I see rubber saplings have an ID of 626. If I break a block of humus they are on they have an ID of 626:1. Anyway take a look at that.
