I have an AE system setup with storage and crafting and I've decided I want to augment that with LP for things like smelting.
At the moment I'm having issues with AE crafting working with LP crafting.
I have a setup that does all crafting table recipes with AE, then I connect an LP system with crafting pipes to smelt some of the parts of the recipe: (Example IC2 needs to compress Coal to make Industrial Diamond)
The issue I am having is When I request an object that uses the LP Crafting pipes AE doesn't craft items required by that recipe.
So when Requesting a Coal Chunk it recognises from the AE Recipie that it needs 8 Compressed Coal Balls but it doesn't pick up that they need to be smelted using LP. (The craft is available in the AE interface)
If I just request a Compressed Coal Ball it will only work if there is a Coal Ball available in the AE system to compress, if there is a Coal Ball Recipe available it will not use it to create coal balls.
Is there any reason why this is happening? I have an AE interface connected to an LP Basic Pipe, LP Requester Pipe MK1 and an LP Provider Pipe MK1
