Can someone please tell me what changes these config options make? I would like to make the recipes alittle more expensive if possible.

B:enableBCtoMEChipRecipe=true
B:useBuildcraftChips=true

does B:enableBCtoMEChipRecipe=true make it so you can craft them me chips in the assembly table?
and what does the 2nd config option do?

Before AE used its own components in crafting, I think it used Buildcraft chips. The config is there for folks who upgraded but didn't want to have to change recipes.
