applied energistics 2 meteor bug?

i was playing crundee craft and i was trying to setup a ME system but when i was looking for meteorites i couldn't find any at all (world is biomes o' plenty) i looked everywhere and aren't they common?

if you know how to get engineering press's a diffrent way pls tell me ..

they should have a chance to spawn every 707 blocks but only in the overworld

use a meteor compass

Have you got a spare charged certus? Use it to make a metior compass. If it's spinning slowly you have no metiors in a reasonable distance.
Also they can spawn deepish underground.
