Mac Apple FTB (Ultimate) server

Hey all, just had a few issues with the mac ultimate server type, hoping you could help.
To run the server, launch.sh will not work for me, I need to use the JAR file, the server does run perfectly when I double click the JAR.
Also, there is no server.properties? Is there any way to fix this at all?

Feed the beast servers are set up exactly the same way as Vanilla servers, by default (there is no plug in support presently).
