Apiarist's Pipe missing?

I'm using Forestry version 4.2.2.50 and I can't find the Apiarist's Pipe in NEI. Has it been removed? That's an enormous bummer if so.

What pack are you using? That pipe is part of Binnie's mods and if you don't have that mod in your pack could by why you don't see it in NEI.
