Anything in Horizons Daybreaker that can get rid of rain (excepting NEI cheatyness?)

Looking for a non-cheaty way of getting rid of rain, since it's interfering with my solar panels. I've got an elite energy cube storing energy, so it's not a huge impact, but my inner optimizer is annoyed and I want to do something about it. Any mod items, or should I just accept the clouds?

I beleive it has Blood MAgic in it, if so, you can use the Ritual of Gaia's Transformation, sacrificing Bucket of Lava x3, Coal Block, Coal, Netherack to turn marked out land into a desert biome. No rain there.

I'm already in a desert-like biome, and despite there being no actual rain, you still apparently get the cloud-cover effect that shuts off solars.

Probably won't matter too much longer. I'm about to start upgrading my base power to an Advanced Generators setup.
