Open Peripherals has a lot of methods for AE. If you want a list of them an easy way to find them is to place a computer with an Applied Energistics block such as an interface next to it (on any side) and run the Computercraft Peripheral Documentation program (there is a link to it in my sig). Just as a word of warning though, it worked on the previous versions of Computercraft (i.e. before pocket computers where added) but I haven't tested it for the current versions yet, but I am planning on updating it soon just in case.
