Anyone Tried Joypad & Split Screen Mod with FTB?

TL;DR Has anyone used this mod with FTB successfully?

So I am interested in running a computer like a console for FTB at my house -- hooking it up to a TV with the goal of running 2+ instances of FTB together that can be controlled by 2+ separate players with xbox controllers.

I noticed that someone has already made a mod (link above) that can do just this for Vanilla minecraft, however I haven't been able to find any examples of people using it with FTB.

I am quite clueless about such things as mod compatibility, however I think the mod page is saying the mod is compatible with forge for mc 1.6.4, which if I'm not mistaken is what all of the current packs use.

Has anyone used this mod with FTB, and if so, can anyone let me know how well it works/how compatible it is?

This doesn't sound like a mod that this community would normally be exposed with, so ultimately my advice is to just try it

Popped it on last night quickly and it seems to work fine, just keep the keyboard handy for NEI. Have yet to try doing the split-screen thing though, but it looks promising!
