I am currently making my own hardcore survival modpack. Sadly with my limited time i can't waste 3+ hours browsing google.

So can anyone help?

  • Hardcore Ender Expansion
  • Deadly World
  • Iguana Tweaks
  • Lycanites Mobs
  • Lava Monsters
  • Hunger Overhaul
  • Hotstile World
  • Special Mobs
  • Zombie Awareness

Is that enough? :)

Some more "simple" changes include:

Reduce oregen
Change Wood to equal 2 planks
Change Torches 1 charcoal+1 stick = 1 torch or 2 sticks+1 coal = 2 torches
Give mobs access to mod weapons/armour
Set recipes to harder versions via configs or MineTweaker

The wooden planks is in GregTech.... But well.... That a tech mod, and you can change any recipes you want via minetweaker, it's acually VERY easy, you should look into it

Terrafirmacraft is awesome, but it will not play nice with any other mods. The only thing that could install with it is a minimap.

Ok, Atm i done a big chunk of the modpack and made it to my likings. (Which includes getting to a villages ASAP because other ways for vegetables are not possible).

But i need 1 mod that can be used for the progression. And if possible 1-2 magic mods that aren't game breaking or sorts.

Magic mods that aren't game breaking? Well, normally I suggest AM2 and TC(plus a few spiffy addons), but of late I've been hearing horror stories about AM2 being a right pain with Light Mages... again. So why not Witchery and Blood Magic? Both are fairly well balanced(even against vanilla, in all it's crazy OP tendencies), and both are "not your grandpas magic mod!" which is a pretty good thing these days.
