Anyone Else having issue with NEI?

For some reason the Weather Controls, and Time controls in the upper left of my NEI menu have disappeared. I press O and it toggles the items menu on the right but the admin controls are gone. Can anyone let me know what happened?
 
Do you have NEI in Recipe Mode? Click Options on NEI in the bottom Left and there is an option (top right button) to change NEI's mode.
 
No its in cheat mode for admin, ive looked through all the options, And its on any installation i use. I have 2, one on PC one on mac.
 
Are you in Recipe Mode/Utility Mode? Click options in the bottom-left corner when your inventory is open and have a look at what mode you are in. There will be a button saying 'Recipe Mode', 'Cheat Mode', or 'Utility Mode'. Click to cycle through them. You want to be in Cheat Mode to control weather and time, although remember that then to find recipes you have to press 'R' over the item; clicking will spawn it in.

EDIT: Ninja'd. That's weird. Have you changed anything in the config?
 
Are you playing on a server where you are not "op" or have permission to use the commands? As soon as you don't have permission, the commands go away it seems.
 
go to NEI world options and make sure that al the boxes are greyed out by right clicking them, then go to global options and make sure you are in cheat mod. assuming you are an op on the server that should work
 
Can you see the Save buttons? I don't think I've ever heard of that happening before; are you sure you are opped on the server?
 
De-op and re-op?
Put all your stuff in a chest and delete your player file? This will remove any Thaumcraft research you might have so I don't suggest it.
Can you do this in creative singleplayer? If you can't, then it's a problem with the installation or global options, most likely. If you can, it's something on your server.
 
Found it, i added a commands mod, It doesnt seem to use the vanilla op.txt file. It had its own. All good now. Thank you guys. And if you want stop on by. lumincraft.us:25873
