Any way to tell what mods are using computer resources?

I have a large issue with one mod making the game lag so hard it is unplayable. It makes worlds take upwards of 5 minutes to load then lags the crap out of them. Is there anyway to monitor which mods are using lots of resources. I am thinking not, but wish I did not have to do the old 1/2 by 1/2 trick.

Very cool, forgot MC creates a background server for SSP use. Being a complete noob with OPIS could someone tell the command that would help with pinpointing a mod? I'll go watch a tutorial if not.
I don't think Opis will help much here. You want something like VisualVM(a Java profiler). OPIS just watches during gameplay. You want something that watches the usage before and during, and after world loading. But of course, first try Opis.
