Solved Any way to reduce lag on FTB Academy 1.16?

I got FTB Academy 1.16, and I noticed some pretty decent lag. Even when turning graphic settings to their lowest, the lag was reduced but still not ideal. I (think) I have a decent computer, and I got the modpack through the official app. Here are my computer specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 6-core
GPU: Raedon RX 580 Series
RAM: 8 Gigs

Anyone have any tips to reduce lag (preferably not complicated)?
