How about using that MJ to produce biofuel and run that through that forestry device which makes EU with biomass or biofuel. Requires a supply of whatever you use for biomass production, and takes a while, but it would work well with Tesseracts as you don't lose 25% just for using them.(since you'd be transferring liquids and not energy)
Any way to convert EU to MJ, then back to EU?
