I'm looking for an Underwater base, any Underwater base, as long as it works in 1.6.4.

I'm hoping to create one that goes up to the sky in my next world, mainly because it is so expandable and the lack of mobs is amazing.
That Abyssal will be so easy to get, hehehehehehehehee.

I was looking for a download, but I found a land base that I like. And also I'm switching back to Agrarian Skies, so I will be building things manually again.

I wasn't going to use that because of IC2 blocks, but I probably will.
