All the ones I've seen out there on the net appear to be outdated, or incomplete. Making breeding specific bees hard to do resulting in have to do them 1 by 1 by 1, which is really tedious.
Any spreadsheet available for bee breeding?

I haven't really seen a current one since breeding was integrated into NEI. Clicking R on a bee shows how to get it and clicking U shows what you can breed it into.
NEI has evolved to be the "best" way (not really, but it is the best we have). You just need to "drill down" thru each bee in NEI and identify what species can be obtained from them. Make your own chart, basically. The problem is, there are too many versions of too many modpacks with too many variables for a wiki to list all the species.
Having said that, I still use this wiki when and where I can, because NEI is a real pain in the butt to click thru. I love NEI, couldn't play without it, but it still is a real chore sometimes. Basically, I use the wiki for the lower-level species (which don't usually change from modpack to modpack) and then I use NEI for the upper-level species which may be more "modpack-specific".
I have this spreadsheet saved in my bookmarks but I have no idea how old the info is - probably too old but I'll pass it along anyway for you to inspect. Maybe it will help you.
