December's News broke the bad news of a brief delay:

"We were aiming to release Continuum, our 1.12 expert pack, before Christmas, but unfortunately, as we started to get into the development, we realized that we needed more time to put out a quality expert pack. So we are taking a step back and instead working on a kitchen sink pack named Revelation that should be out in the next few weeks. We will resume development of Continuum after the holidays."

So they're a little behind their intended release schedule, as you can see... four full months and counting now. But who's counting, right?

I think these guys should go to work in corporate America, they've got the press release shell game down to an art form! They're definitely ready to wear that suit-and-tie uniform and play the game... the real game... of corporate shenanigans, not the pretend game of Minecraft. Who says video games can't train you for the real world?!

Going by the videos I've seen, the pack definitely needs some tweaking in places, and the playtesters need to actually get to the later stages naturally to find the bugs, balance issues, exploits and so on that players will find on release. So I'm frankly delighted that the pack isn't out yet!
