Was looking for a more down to earth feel, with more crops, windmills, sawmills, ropes and pulley systems and maybe trebuchets.

Only ideas I have so for in existing mods is bees and thaumcraft. Most other things from FTB seem to go more industrialized, and was looking for a different kind of experience.
